ST ANNE SCHOOL
St. Anne School in Laguna Niguel was looking to replace their playground and needed it done during summer break before kids came back to school.  The pressure was on to coordinate and schedule the install as soon as the equipment came in.  The results?  A beautiful, fun, new playground that the kids were excited to play on the first day of school.

BICENTENNIAL PARK
This was a fun, custom playground that we installed for the City of Hawthorne as part of a project for The Trust for Public Land. The cloud-themed playground design featured Landscape Structure’s PlayBooster and Netplex playstructures that encourages kids to climb higher until they reach the clouds.  The twin-prop plane-themed playstructure allows kids to use their imaginations while exploring and climbing.

CITY OF TEMECULA PROJECTS
Tot Lot Pros completed two park rehabilitation projects with the City of Temecula – Veterans Park and Sunset Park – as part of the City’s large scale renovations to their parks to offer more engaging activities for the city’s youth.  These were full turn-key projects including demo, excavation, installation of new equipment, concrete curbing and flat work, and safety surfacing.  Our team handled the challenges and worked with the City to complete the projects for their pre-scheduled grand openings.

CIVITA CELEBRATION PLAZA
The Celebration Plaza at Civita Park was a huge shade shelter project.  This custom designed  Shade Shelter by Schmidt Design, was created as a “Cloud” themed Amphitheater.  The four panels symbolize clouds that sometimes hang over the valley.  Tot Lot Pros worked closely with the general contractor (Hazard Construction), manufacturer (Icon Shade Systems), and designer (Schmidt Design) to trouble shoot and create solutions as this unique structure was being built.  We are on contract to install the next phase at this park early 2019.

SUMMIT PARK
This is a great example of how we work with private groups and owners from start to finish in finding a solution that meets their budget. Turtle Ridge HOA needed a new playground for their various areas that had become old and outdated.  Tot Lot Pros worked with Coast Recreation to create a design and plan to remove the existing equipment and replace it with new structures that are guaranteed to be loved by kids.

COMMUNITY BUILDS
Tot Lot Pros and it’s owners like to give back to the communities and one of our favorite ways is a Community Build.  Over the years we have participated in programs where the community has come together to raise the funds for a new playground.  We work with the group to plan and coordinate the installation and on the day of the build, our guys are there to guide and instruct the volunteers.  It’s a great day for all that are involved.
